The problem of the windows phone store that some users cannot install the latest update of my app Week View or are not able to re-install the app although the bought it still exists.

Today (15/04/2015) I got another email from MS Support from Mary.
I know that there IS a problem, it has been reported to me many times. This is a problem of the widows phone store and as written in my reply, I am not able to reproduce it on my main phone (a Lumia 1520) and on my 2 test phones.
So if you still encounter this problem, please contact MS support as mentioned in the msdn thread: https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsapps/en-US/3e439a36-5843-450b-9997-9b9642a1ef10/redownloading-apps-and-licensing?forum=wpsubmit so MS support can see, if the problem still exists or if they were able to solve it.
Let’s hope, this problem will be resolved soon….
