Yes…the problem still exists. 🙁
As written some users have the problem that they cannot re-install my app Week View although they have purchased it.

Week View also got some more bad ratings because of this problem, that has absolutely nothing to do with the app itself – it is a windows phone STORE problem and all I can do is to hope for a fix of MS. 🙁
It seems that this problem occurs, when users have purchased Week View as part of a promotion where it was free for a few days.
But: This promotion was more than 1 year ago and now (one year later !!) it causes problems? If you think the windows phone store is some kind of cr.p, I agree! :/
What you can try, if this problem occurs on your phone: Try to reinstall Week View from the web, not directly from the marketplace on your phone. Some users reported me that this solved the problem.
Oh yes, an also contact MS support and if they tell you to contact the developer for this issue (which they will do!), tell them that this has nothing to do with the developer and that they should fix their f…… marketplace.
Maybe a solution is to make Week View free again for a short number of days, but will this solve the problem or will it make it even worse? (More user’s download the app and have the same problem afterwards).
I will also send an update of the app to the marketplace soon – maybe this „magically“ fixes the problem, which of course has nothing to do with the app itself but maybe an update of the app changes the behaviour of the marketplace…somehow.
