New App: ‚Live Tile Calendar 10‘ will be available soon

Update: The app is available in the Windows store: https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9NBLGGH6H92N

The built in calendar in windows phone 10 is still far from perfect but in my opinion much better than the windows phone 8.x calendar.

But: The live tile even on windows phone 10 is really bad.

It shows only 1 appointment, so if there is a birthday on the current day and another important appointment you must not miss…you will not see it on the live tile of the built in calendar.

Additionally, maybe you share a calendar with friends or your wife? It’s nice to see common appointments in the calendar but maybe on the live tile you only want to see appointments from a specific calendar?

Maybe you like the appointments to be shown in the ‚calendar color‘ and you like to see the time it takes to the appointment and the location?

Maybe you also like to see the next 3 upcoming appointments on your Lockscreen, instead of only one?

Then ‚Live Tile Calendar 10‘ is for you! 🙂

It has all the options mentioned and is a universal windows platform app, which means you can use it on your PC, tablet and windows phone 10 device.

There is a free trial version available, so please give it a try and tell me, if you like it!

Of course I appreciate your suggestions for features to add in the next updates…some things are already on my todo-list but please tell me what you like to see most, so I can add it!

I sent the app to the store certification process a few minutes ago and hope, it will be available soon.

    Hallo Hannes,

    Hi,

The app is not using the phone settings regarding time format and other region settings.

Strange…it should use them and does on my phone.
There is an Option to Change the language in the Settings page, this Settings must have the value „use phone Settings“.

The app already works with WP10, I am already working on a universal Windows platform Version of the app.
